Master the OpenVC CRM

The OpenVC CRM helps you run your fundraising efficiently - completely free for all founders.

Every time you email an investor through OpenVC, a new record is automatically added to your CRM. If you use the OpenVC deck viewer, your deck analytics are automatically pulled in too. No manual work required.

Each conversation opens in a card that gathers all the key information. Use "Your notes" to communicate with your cofounders or advisors and raise as a team.

To move a card in your CRM, click the card to open it, then select "Status" and update accordingly.

To delete a record in your OpenVC CRM, open the CRM card, then click on any field (Notes, Amount...) to show the commands. A red "Delete record" button will become visible - see screenshot below for reference.

šŸ’” A CRM record cannot be deleted when a credit has been used for it. Instead, move the card to the "Not happening" column to keep your CRM clean.

Please note that CRM records cannot be deleted in bulk at the moment.
