Let investors instantly book a meeting with you by selecting a time in your calendar.
First, make sure you have an active scheduling link. OpenVC supports almost all scheduling tools: Hubspot, Calendly, Cal.com, Vimcal… Please note that direct call links like https://meet.google.com/aaa-bbb-ccc are not scheduling links and won't be accepted.
Then, add your scheduling link on OpenVC:
Go to your Outreach settings
Fill the field “Meeting link” with a scheduling link (Calendly, Vimcal…)
Make sure you always have a few slots open in all relevant time zones
That's it! Now, when an investor opens your deck, they'll have the option to instantly book a call with you instead of going back and forth via email.
