If you are unhappy with OpenVC, or if you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take care of you.
Most refund requests are processed within 24 hours.
Please note that we may issue partial refunds when paid resources have already been meaningfully consumed.
If you have opened a dispute with your bank, we cannot issue a refund. Please withdraw the dispute first, then contact us for a direct refund.
