Outreach limits
Understand how outreach limits work and how they scale with your plan.
In order to prevent spamming, there are outreach limits.
- Free users can reach out to 1 investor every 24 hours.
- Premium users can reach out to 5 investors every 24 hours.
These limits only apply to the actions “Submit deck” and “Send email”. There are no limits to “Fill form” and “Find intros” actions.
The daily count is visible on your OpenVC dashboard.
Even on a Premium account, your very first submission is always blocked for 24 hours. This gives us time to review and approve it. After that, you'll have access to your 5 outreach/day.
